National Idea

The national idea is to introduce cash equivalent of serving the proportional distribution of labor income between the individual producers. What is the essence of this national idea if the definition of socialist relations as the proportional distribution of the "earned income" between producers was given by Marx in his "Critique of the Goth Programme"? The essence is, who is the source of emission of money equivalent. Lenin created a social system with a state as a source of money which is "detached from the body of society." This fact creates a dictatorship of the state authority and not of the proletariat. In modern capitalist society, the source of money is the issuer of a financial liability. This situation creates a dictatorship of issuers of debt money, barely regulated by the state. The restructuring of civil relations in Russia allowed citizens brought up on the ideas of social justice, to become parties to the existing distribution of labor relations. Functioning as an entrepreneur has created the rules of business turnover in the relations between economic entities of law, in which the source of the issue is the monetary equivalent of the labor collective.

It is exactly this form of proletariat dictatorship of non- state nature that presents the national idea of creation of a socialist society. Labor groups are able to set monetary relations, as an alternative to the administrative-command relations in the distribution of "earned income" between individual labor collectives. The workforces are becoming a source of wealth and money at the same time. In a capitalist society money is the social form of wealth so it is important that labor is the source of right to money emission. This fact allows the public wealth to pour a full stream from this source - the workforce.
